Elections 2025

Elections will take place on 1st May 2025 for both Shropshire Council and Llanfair Waterdine Parish Council.  More information will be posted here as it becomes available.

Election timetable

  • 10th March: Notice of Election
  • 2nd April:  Close of Nominations
  • 3rd April: Statement of Persons Nominated
  • 11th April: Last day to register to vote
  • 14th April: Last day to apply for postal vote
  • 1st May: Polling Day
  • 3rd May: Declaration of Results
